I am a creative leader with over fifteen years of experience guiding teams to develop innovative ideas that not only transform brands but also create meaningful and measurable impact. Throughout my career, I’ve led campaigns at top agencies like McCann, Publicis and Wunderman Thompson, working with global and iconic brands such as Kit Kat, Best Buy, Scotiabank, Nestlé, Inca Kola, D’Onofrio, and Pilsen Callao for the local, regional and amercian market.
My approach combines strategic thinking, creativity, and strong management skills. I have experience in innovation, design thinking, pitch leadership, talent development, and, most recently, exploring generative artificial intelligence tools to enhance creativity. My work has earned recognition at the industry’s most prestigious festivals, including the 2023 Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Innovation, D&AD, One Show, Clio, LIA, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and Effie Awards, including two Peruvian Grand Effies.
Beyond awards, I am deeply committed to fostering the next generation of talent. As a mentor in the PUCP Mentoring Program and a collaborator with local creative schools, I guide emerging professionals to shape the future of Peru’s advertising industry.
I have also served as a jury member at renowned festivals such as El Ojo de Iberoamérica, El Volcán, Effie Awards, and Ideas Awards, contributing to the global creative conversation.
