In 2020, Covid-19 drove away fans from their teams for the longest period on sports history. So, how did we reengage Peruvian fans with their teams during lockdown? We developed a platform where fans could enter, pick their favorite team and record its supporting cheers. After analyzing hundreds of real games audios, we changed the recordings into a unique cheer per team and reproduced all audios in real-time at all tournament games, making every match sound and feel like the crowd was always there.
